Stores verification wing is working under the control of Regional Joint Director, Nagpur Region, Nagpur which has to verify the stores under the control of various Departments of Government of Maharashtra.
At present there are 24 Divisions whose stores are to be verified by Store verification wing. In accordance with the Government of Maharashtra, Finance Dept. G.R. dated 25/03/2011, classification and periodicity of inspection of stores are revised as follows:-
