Bill Portal training

Bill Portal training dated 22/10/2018 to 26/10/2018


           Bill  Portal is a system to be used by Drawing and Disbursing Officers, Govt. of Maharashtra. All the bills prepared by DDOs excluding Pay bills are generated by the system. So to update the knowledge about process to be followed on Bill Portal and to solve queries of DDO's regarding the same, Treasury Office Nagpur with joint venture of Joint Director Office Nagpur are arranging the Bill Portal Training for DDO's. The training will be conducted in two sessions every day from 22/10/2018 to 26/10/2018 at Training Hall of Lekha Kosh Bhavan, Joint Director Accounts and Treasuries Office, Nagpur.

All DDO's are requested to peruse the below attachment and attend the training as per  schedule to solve their queries regarding Bill Portal.

“पेंशन अदालत अहवाल” दिनांक 18.09.2018



पेंशन अदालत अहवाल दिनांक 18.09.2018


            केंद्र शासनाच्या निर्देशानुसार संपूर्ण देशातील प्रलंबित निवृत्तीवेतन प्रकरणाचा निपटारा करण्याच्या दृष्टीने महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वित्त विभागाचे दिनांक 05.09.2018 चे परिपत्रकानुसार  सहसंचालक लेखा व कोषागारे व महालेखाकार कार्यालय नागपूर यांचे संयुक्त विद्यमाने दिनांक 18.09.2018 रोजी साई सभागृह, नागपूर यंथे पेंशन आदालतचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. सदरहु पेंश्न अदालतीचे उद्घाटन सकाळी 9.00 वाजता श्री. दिनेश पाटील, महालेखाकार, नागपूर , श्री. बिजू जोशेफ उपमहालेखाकार, श्री. विजय कोल्हे, सहसंचालक, लेखा व कोषागारे, नागपूर, श्री. नागसेन बागडे, श्री. म.ना.बागडे, सहाय्यक संचालक, लेखा व कोषागारे, नागपूर , श्रीमती दिपाली भरणे, कोषागार अधिकारी, नागपूर, श्री. शैलेश कोठे, लेखाधिकारी, श्रीमती मोनाली भोयर, लेखाधिकारी  तथा नोडल  अधिकारी पेंशन अदालत, प्रियंका पाठे, समन्वय कर्मचारी पेंशन अदालत यांचे उपस्थितीत पार पडले.
          पेंशन अदालत चे आयोजन दोन सत्रामध्ये आयोजित केले होते. प्रथम सत्र सकाळी 9.00 ते 1.00 या कालावधीत अमरावती व नागपूर विभागाकरीता व दुसरे सत्र दुपारी 1.00 ते सायंकाळपर्यंत औरंगाबाद विभागाकरीता.
          सदरहु सत्राकरीता जिल्हानिहाय रजिस्ट्रेशन काऊंटर सकाळी 8.00 वजता पासून सुरु करण्यात आले होते. निवृत्तीवेतनधारकांच्या तक्रारीकरीता वेगळे रजिस्ट्रेशन काऊंटर ठेवण्यात आले होते.आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी यांना टोकन क्रमांक देण्यात आले होते व टोकन क्रमांकानुसारच अडचणीचे निराकरण उपस्थित एकूण 50 महालेखाकार कार्यालयाचे अधिकारी/कर्मचारी तसेच कोषागारातील एकूण 80 आधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांचे मार्फत करण्यात आले.
          तिन्ही विभागातून एकूण 430 निवृत्तीवेतन विषयक प्रकरणे  378 आहरण व संवितरण अधिका-यांनी सादर केलीत. याव्यतिरीक्त 150 निवृत्तीवेतनधारकाच्या अडचणी देखील ऐकूण घेण्यात आल्यात यामध्ये 100 हून अधिक निवृत्तीवेतन प्रकरणे अंतिम प्राधिकारपत्राकरीता स्विकारण्यात आली तसेच 100 निवृत्तीवेतनविषयक प्रकरणे अंतिमीकरणाच्या टप्प्यापर्यंत नेण्यात आलीत. सदरहु पेंशन अदालतीमध्ये जागीच 14 निवृत्तीवेतनविषयक प्रकरणे निकाली काढूण प्राधिकारपत्र अदालती दरम्यानच संबंधीतांना देण्यात आले. सदरहु अदालीतीमध्ये निवृत्तीवेतनधारक व आहरण व संवितरण आधिका-यांकरीता चहा पाणाची व नास्त्याची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली होती तसेच महालेखाकार कार्यालयाचे प्रतिनिधी व कोषागार प्रतिनिधी यांचेकरीता निवास व भोजनाची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली होती. सदरहु पेंशन अदालतीचे संपूर्ण नियोजन कोषागार व सहसंचालक, लेखा व कोषागारातील 50 हून अधिक कर्मचारीमार्फत पार पाडले. पेंशन अदालीतीचा  समारोप सायंकाळी 6.00 वाजता करण्यात आला.

Workshop for Forest Department with Joint Venture of PCCF, AG and JDAT Ngp Offices

  
                      A workshop for promoting online processing of Pension cases was arranged on dated 22/03/2018 for Forest Department DDO's of Nagpur and Amravati Division by PCCF Office with joint venture of Joint Director Accounts & Treasuries Office Nagpur and Accountant General Office Nagpur.   
                The aim of the workshop was to emphasize on reducing delay in Service book verification at Pay verification Office,  measure to be taken for quick processing of Pension cases, and  Online processing of Pension Cases at DDO level which are then submitted to A.G (as per GR. dated 02/07/2015) so that further identification process of retiring employees (pensioners) may be dropped at Treasury Office level (as per G.R. dated 30/12/2015). 
                 DDO's were explained the reasons behind objections on Service Book verification and procedure of Online processing of Pension Cases with a difficulty solving session was conducted by JDAT and A.G. Officials wherein the reasons behind objections on pension cases with their solutions /precautions to be taken were explained by A.G. people and the technical system related issues were addressed by JDAT people.

                     For proper implementation of G.R. dated 30/12/2015 A.G. representatives declared that from the new Financial Year of 2018-2019 it will be mandatory for DDO's to prepare and submit online pension cases and A.G. will not accept the pension cases which are submitted manually.  

                    Apart from this Pensioner's grievances were also addressed in the same workshop wherein the issues were submitted through Pensioner Associations to JDAT and A.G. Officials.
             The strength of the participants present in the workshop was about 140+.

Workshop on Online Pension Case at Bhandara by JDAT Ngp with joint venture of TO Bhandara and A.G. Nagpur


                                 A workshop for promoting online processing of Pension cases was arranged on dated 16/02/2018 for DDO's at Bhandara District by Treasury Office Wardha with joint venture of Joint Director Accounts & Treasuries Office Nagpur and Accountant General Office Nagpur.   
                The aim of the workshop was to emphasize on Online processing of Pension Cases prepared by DDO and submitted to A.G (as per GR. dated 02/07/2015) so that further identification process of retiring employees (pensioners) may be dropped at Treasury Office level (as per G.R. dated 30/12/2015).  DDO's were explained the procedure of Online processing of Pension Cases and also a difficulty solving session was conducted by JDAT and A.G.
