Seminar on Wealth Management by S.N.Capital at JDAT Ngp

            Owing to Financial Literacy a set of seminars are planned by JDAT Nagpur by coordinating with S.N.Capital (Wealth Managers) for employees of JDAT Nagpur, JD Local Fund Nagpur, and Treasury Office Nagpur.

These seminars will be conducted in three phases :-
First     -> Introduction to Concept of  Wealth / Asset management.
Second -> Introduction to Products for investment according to different categories, risk factors, liabilities, etc.
Third    -> Personal Counseling to employees over Wealth Management as per there Financial status and Need.

First Seminar was arranged on 28/02/2017. About 80 employees were present.
The topics addressed were as follows :-

1. Need of investment ?
2. Means of Investments.
3. Preference to be chosen for  investments.
4. Concept of Mutual Fund Investment. Its importance.
5. Effective Live examples.
6. Comparison with Other investment Plans.
7. Benefits of SIP (Systematic Investment Plan).

Joint Director Office Nagpur has arranged workshop on 17/02/2017 at Nagpur Dist. for own office staff

               Workshop was coordinated by JDAT Office Nagpur and Treasury Office Gondia under presence of Joint Director (Shri. Kolhe), Assistant Director (Smt. Joint Director Office Nagpur has arranged workshop on 10/02/2017 for DDO's and subscribers at Wardha Dist.

NPS Workshop arranged by JDAT Nagpur at Gadchiroli on 09/02/2017

Joint Director Office Nagpur has arranged workshop for DDO's and subscribers at Forest Department Sabhagruh,  Wadsa, Gadchiroli Dist.  

               The workshop covered mainly Forest Department Subscribers. Honorable IFS Sir (Mr. V.V. Hoshing ) had personally attended the Seminar and appreciated the efforts taken to create NPS awareness among subscribers by sending the feedback letter to JD Office. The feedback highlighted the effective presentation given by Shri. S. M. Kothe AO, JD Office Nagpur explaining the NPS features, withdrawal procedure, procedure to change Personal details and answering the queries of subscribers (Click here for Feedback letter). NPS Service Fortnight from 01/02/2015 to 15/02/2015

NPS Service Fortnight

             State Government employees are not fully aware of the functions / facilities available under NPS including the information of their balances in NPS accounts, leading to large number of queries and grievances . But  due to inappropriate and incomplete contact details PFRDA ,NSDL/ CRA could not reach subscribers and solve their  issues / problems and are also unable to provided them updates. 

              In order to promote awareness among Subscribers regarding importance of updation of latest contact details in PRANS's and to provide basic facility on the spot NPS Service Fortnight has been declared by PFRDA (Click to view letter) for the period February 1, 2017 to February 15, 2017. In this Fortnight not only the information about new functionalities under NPS would be shared but also the Nodal Officers and subscribers will be apprised of need of updating personal data on the systems.

                 With reference to above the Joint Director of the Nagpur Region will conduct workshops for at least 5 Major Offices and underlined Treasuries are hereby instructed to personally conduct workshops in at least 10 Major DDO Offices wherein maximum subscribers can be covered and Report the regular updates regarding the same to JD Office. (Click to View Letter)

                     

The Nodal Offices (Treasuries) are expected to address the following queries for the underlying subscribers during the NPS Service Fortnight.

1.      Printing and Distribution of Subscriber Brochure for Government Subscribers.

2.      Updation of Subscriber Details through S2 form

3.      Conversion of Non IRA to IRA

4.      Advising the Subscribers on the Benefits of having an IRA PRAN and updated details:

5.      Printing of Transaction Statement

6.      Updating Nomination Details

7.      Resolving pending Grievances and Updating the same in CGMS

8.      Resolving issues of pending exit /withdrawals under NPS 

9.      Missing Credits of Subscribers if any.
